Q. How long will it take to remediate my client's credit?
A. The amount of time it takes differs in every circumstance. It usually takes from two to six months to remove up to 100% of the negative items we work on, with an average of 70% of all negatives removed. We also increase a person’s credit score (FICO) by an average of 60 points.

Q. Why should I refer my client to Integrity CRS and not similar, cheaper services?
A. Integrity CRS is a leader in the area of consumer credit law, and we concentrate on nothing but credit issues. We offer a no-nonsense, 100% money-back warranty if we don’t improve a client’s credit. Our advanced UNIX system automatically emails you and your client to keep you both informed throughout the entire process; in addition, you and your client will be able to log in and check the status at any time. You will even have a page on our server that shows every client you’ve ever sent to us and the status of each.

Q. What is your money-back warranty?
A. Unlike others, our money-back warranty is easy to understand and is the best in the business. We will refund 100% of your client’s money if we do not remove more than 25% of all the negatives we work on, from all three major credit bureaus, within six months from the time the client signs up. For example, if we remove 100% of your client’s negative items from two of the three bureau reports but only 20% from the third, we will refund all of your client’s money. In order for the warranty to apply, the client must have at least four negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up, and may not have used a credit repair agency nor attempted to repair his or her credit in the past two years. Also, unpaid collections and charge-offs do not qualify for the warranty and are not included.

Q. Will you get 100% of all my client’s negative items removed?
A. Probably not. Our law firm has been 100% successful on many occasions, but we average 60-70%.

Q. Why do the results differ?
A. Our company uses the consumer protection laws to their fullest extent on your behalf. Sometimes credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies provide what the law requires, and sometimes they don’t. Although our law firm is completely thorough every time in enforcing your client’s rights, credit bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors are inconsistent, and therefore the results vary.

Q. By how much will you increase my client’s credit score?
A. We will increase a score by an average of 50 to 60 points within three months, although we have raised it by as much as 200 points. While negative credit is a major factor, there are many other factors that affect a credit score. Even if we remove all negative items from your client’s report, the credit score may only increase by 40 points due to other relevant factors, such as length of credit history, credit mixture, outstanding balances, and number of inquiries.

Q. What can’t you remove?
A. Anything can be removed, but not all of the time. This is due to inconsistencies in the way things are handled by the creditors and credit bureaus and their ever-changing policy procedures.

Q. Will the removed items ever come back?
A. No. As long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal, or the collection is older than three years, it generally will not be reported again except in rare circumstances.

Q. What risks will I be taking?
A. None. The worst we can do is to improve your client’s credit and not fulfill the warranty, in which case your client will receive a full refund. The best we can do is to improve your client’s credit tremendously and save him or her thousands in interest charges over the next few years. You will also have the added security of knowing that you and your client are getting the best advice throughout the whole process.

Q. How can I find out my client’s credit score?
A. Tell your client to visitwww.myfico.com and order the same credit score a mortgage company uses for approvals. Requests for one’s own FICO score at www.myfico.com is considered a personal inquiry and will not hurt the credit score. Jamison Law Group cannot pull your client’s credit score for you.

Q. How can I get a free copy of my credit report?
A. By law, all consumers are entitled to a free copy of their credit report from each of the three credit bureaus once a year. Visit www.annualcreditreport.com to get yours for FREE. (This is for the credit report only and does not include the credit score.)

Q. What is credit scoring?
A. Credit scoring is a system creditors use to help determine whether or not to give you credit.
Information about you and your credit experiences, such as your bill-paying history, number and type of accounts, late payments, collection actions, outstanding debt, and the age of your accounts, is collected from your credit report and used to determine your credit score. A credit scoring system awards and deducts points based on scorecard factors that statistically predict whether you will become 90 days late (or more) on a credit obligation in the next two years. A total number of points—a credit score—helps predict how creditworthy you are; that is, how likely it is that you will repay a loan and make the payments when due.

Q. Why is credit scoring used?
A. Because credit scoring is based on real data and statistics, it usually is more reliable than subjective ratings. Judgmental methods typically rely on criteria that are not accurate and vary when applied by different individuals. Credit scoring treats all applicants the same.

Q. How is a credit scoring model developed?
A. To develop a credit scoring model, credit scoring software companies like Fair Isaac select a random sample of 10,000 credit reports for the particular credit bureau they are working with. They analyze the sample for a period of 24 months to identify characteristics that relate to creditworthiness. Then, each of these factors is assigned a weight based on how strongly it predicts who would be a good or bad credit risk. A credit scoring system does not use certain characteristics such as race, sex, marital status, national origin, or religion as factors.

Each credit bureau may use its own credit scoring model (if they have one) or license software from a company like Fair Isaac.
