Q. How long will it take to remediate my credit?
A. The amount of time it takes is different in every circumstance, and usually varies from 2–6 months to remove up to 100% of the negative items we work on with an average of 66% of all negatives removed. We also increase a person's credit score "FICO" an average of 70 points.

The Premium Service option is designed to expedite the normal turnaround time from 2-6 months down to 45 days, although this cannot be guaranteed. Results are similar to that of our normal service.

Q. Why should I hire Integrity and not another cheaper, similar service?
A. Integrity has trained negotiators with over 3 years experience in credit repair, mortgages, and a Certified Public Accountant on staff working on your file, not a "representative" that went through a two-week training course. Most importantly we offer a no-nonsense 100% money back warranty if we are unable to improve your credit by removing negatives, increasing your FICO score, or correcting items that are not reporting correctly and generally improving your credit.

Q. What is the money back warranty?
A. Unlike other companies, our money-back warranty is easy to understand and is the best in the industry. We will refund 100% of your money if we do not remove more than 25% of all the negatives we work on from all three major credit bureaus with in six (6) months from the time you sign on. For example, if we remove 100% of your negative items from two out of the three bureau reports but only 20% from the third, we will refund all of your money. You must have at least four (4) negatives on your report when you sign up for the warranty to apply and may not have used a credit repair agency in the past two (2) years. Unpaid collections and charge-offs do not qualify for the warranty and are not included, however, we will handle these items outside of the warranty.

Q. Will you get 100% of all my negative items removed?
A. Our company has been 100% successful on many occasions, but our average is 66%.

Q. Why do the results differ?
A. Our Company uses the consumer protection laws to the fullest extent on your behalf. Sometimes credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies provide what the law requires, and sometimes they do not. Our company is completely thorough every time in enforcing your rights, but credit bureaus, collection agencies and creditors are inconsistent, which is why the results vary.

Q. How much will you increase my credit score?
A. An average of 60 points within three (3) months, although we have been as successful as 200 points. Although negative credit is a major factor, there are many other factors that affect a credit score. Even if we remove all the negative items from you report, your credit score maybe one that only increases 40 points due to other factors affecting the score such as: length of credit history, credit mixture, outstanding balances and number of inquiries.

Q. Do you work on removing inquiries?
A. For an extra $275.00 fee, we will work on removing inquiries from your report. If you would like an inaccurate inquiry removed, please let us know.

Q. What can't you remove?
A. Items that are correct as reported and are permitted by law to remain on your credit. It is okay to have a satisfied item such as bankruptcy on your credit (as long as it is satisfied).

Q. Will the removed items ever come back?
A. No, as long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal or the collection is older than three (3) years, it usually will not be reported again, except in rare circumstances. Should an item come back at any future time due to no cause on your part (e.g. new collection, late payment, etc.) we will provide you service for that specific item at no charge.

Q. What risks will I be taking?
A. None. The worst we can do is to improve your credit and not fulfill the warranty, in which case you will receive a full refund. The best we can do is to improve your credit tremendously and save you thousands in interest charges over the next few years.

Q. How can I find out my credit score?
A. Visit www.myfico.com and order the same exact credit score your mortgage company has. Requesting your FICO score yourself is considered a personal inquiry and will not hurt your credit score. Integrity cannot pull your credit score on your behalf.

Q. How can I get a free copy of my credit report?
A. All consumers are entitled to a free copy of their credit report from all three credit bureaus once a year by law. Visit www.annualcreditreport.com to get yours for FREE.
